FDJ UNITED is seeking a Technical Project & Performance Manager to blend hands-on delivery with strategic portfolio governance. You'll drive end-to-end technical projects, and develop dashboards, reports, and documentation to reflect portfolio health for leadership.

You will work with senior stakeholders across the business, manage risks, and ensure alignment of goals, budgets, and timelines. The role requires strong analytics, data visualization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, engineering, or QA roles
• Experience governing a portfolio of projects
• Excellent data visualisation and documentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Hands-on with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical strategic projects with clear baselining and monitoring
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align goals, deliverables, and resources
• Identify risks and issues and design mitigation strategies
• Coordinate technical resources across teams with the right skills
• Communicate progress to stakeholders across levels
• Govern broader technical project portfolio with business cases and KPI frameworks
• Gather and consolidate performance updates including status, financials, risks
• Develop automated dashboards showing portfolio health and project performance
• Translate performance data into clear reports for technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain documentation of strategic initiatives and performance over time
• Drive continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement
• Analyze data to surface bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Integrate lessons learned into future delivery practices
• Act as liaison between project teams, Tech Management, and stakeholders
• Contribute to governance processes and reporting frameworks
