Zusammenfassung

Saab is seeking a Strategic Technology Lead to drive Polaris Frontrunner engagements, uniting Common Tech and business units to set direction and momentum across Saab's software, data and AI initiatives. In this role you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and translate technical opportunities into strategic value for customers and Saab.

You bring an academic degree in engineering or computer science, with R&D and product development experience, and strong

Qualifikationen

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
Background in R&D and development of complex software-intensive products/systems.
Experience in product development environments within industrial or technically advanced organisations.
Experience leading initiatives in matrix or decentralised organisations with cross-team influence.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
Proficient in English (professional).

Aufgaben

Lead Polaris Frontrunner engagements from qualification through execution and value realisation.
Create alignment between Business Units, Frontrunner teams and Common Tech to progress objectives.
Coordinate Common Tech contributions, maintain Frontrunner roadmap and secure delivery commitments.
Drive follow-up of deliveries, manage risks, dependencies and obstacles to maintain momentum.
Facilitate planning activities, governance forums and decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
Communicate progress and priorities to leadership and advocate for Frontrunner objectives.
