Job summary

Inossia AB, based in Stockholm, seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of outsourced production, ensure high quality and timely manufacturing, and drive lean operations with strong regulatory focus. You will balance planning, inventory control, and scheduling in a small, fast-paced team.

The role demands experience from medical device production, English fluency, and a pragmatic, collaborative approach to scale-up challenges while maintaining validated processes.

Qualifications

• Background in medical device production
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and MDR and quality-regulated operations
• Experience in a similar role in a Medical Device company
• Strong understanding of supply chain, production planning, and outsourced manufacturing
• Experience with deviations, CAPA, and change control
• Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish desirable but not required
• Experience working in a small company environment is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing and sterilization activities performed by external partners (CMO and test labs)
• Ensure suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements (ISO 13485, MDR)
• Coordinate communication, issue resolution, and deviations with the CMO
• Manage supplier performance, audits, and reevaluations
• Ensure changes at suppliers are assessed and approved through change control
• Support QA/RA in investigations, CAPAs, and annual sterilization requalification
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in the QMS
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier processes and collaboration
