Job summary

Nordberg Medical is looking for a Senior QA Manufacturing Specialist to support their global expansion from their HQ in Stockholm. This role involves ensuring the production of current and future innovative medical products.

You will join a diverse Quality Assurance team, responsible for improving manufacturing processes and collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in the medical device industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel for meetings.

The position offers a hybrid model with a mixture of office and flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in batch release and manufacturing in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory submissions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input related to design, production, and sterilization.
• Develop relevant documentation with the QA/RA department.
• Manage communication with external manufacturing partners.
• Support production audits by authorities.
• Collaborate across departments on various projects.
