Job summary

Berg Propulsion seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Electrical System Integration to lead sourcing strategies that enable innovation, strengthen supply chain resilience, and support business growth. You will negotiate supplier agreements and drive performance improvements across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Strong technical knowledge related to electrical systems and/or automation.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for new products, projects, and technologies aligned with our business strategies
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to support product development, quality according to long‑term business needs
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage supplier agreements
• Lead supplier development and drive continuous performance improvement
• Manage supply chain risks
• Facilitate collaboration between suppliers and internal stakeholders in projects and drive supplier participation in design reviews, cost workshops, and technical evaluations
