Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ownership mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience with SAP and manufacturing industries is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize the supply base focusing on delivery, quality, and total cost.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers with quality and engineering teams.
- Lead supplier performance evaluations and drive improvements.
- Manage RFQs, tenders, negotiate terms and conditions.
- Handle contracting processes (NDA, frame agreements, general terms).
- Lead cost-improvement initiatives and own SCM topics.
