Job summary

Linxon is seeking an experienced Project Buyer to join our Sweden-based Supply Chain team in Västerås. The role focuses on supplier qualification, bid analysis, and contract execution to ensure timely delivery and value across projects.

You will collaborate with category teams, engineering and supplier QA to optimize procurement strategies and drive performance improvements in a fast-paced EPC environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive and curious, with drive to improve processes.
• Team player with strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in procurement and sourcing within supply chain; EPC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new suppliers with category teams and specialists.
• Negotiate agreements and refresh price lists and terms.
• Adapt contracts to local needs; propose frame agreements for management.
• Analyse bids to determine best value and quality.
• Support bid/proposal teams with market information.
• Track deliveries and verify invoice processing.
