Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement transformation, digitalisation, or process excellence in an industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay Process.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement excellence, analytics, process development, or similar roles.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the procurement process excellence across Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Drive prioritisation and adoption of digital initiatives.
• Ensure procurement data is structured, reliable, and decision-ready.
