Job summary

emagine is seeking a Sourcing Manager for an automotive industry client. The role focuses on strategic IT sourcing, supplier evaluations, negotiations and commercial agreements to drive value across IT procurement.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into robust sourcing strategies. The position requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and a track record in complex contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or vendor management.
• Experience in IT procurement or technology-driven sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven negotiation experience with complex contracts and service models.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and decision forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT sourcing activities from demand assessment to final agreements.
• Develop category strategies balancing technology, quality, cost and sustainability.
• Drive RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations and board recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial models including service-based and transformation contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and group counterparts.
• Analyze markets, tech trends and costs to inform sourcing decisions.
• Identify procurement improvements and cross-organizational synergies.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and steering forums.
