Job summary

Sway Sourcing seeks an experienced IT Procurement Consultant or Software Asset Manager for a Stockholm or Gothenburg assignment. You will support strategic sourcing, supplier management, and digital transformation across IT/OT, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective sourcing strategies and commercial outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in IT procurement or SAM, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to drive procurement activities in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a Procurement Consultant with software sourcing focus, or 5+ years as Software Asset Manager in large orgs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to align commercial, technical and business perspectives.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills for managing complex procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT/OT category assessments and supplier market analyses.
• Translate requirements into sourcing strategies and procurement plans.
• Coordinate RFIs, RFQs and RFPs from initiation to award.
• Plan procurement milestones and key decisions; monitor progress.
• Develop supplier evaluation criteria and commercial models.
