Job summary

Tieto Banktech is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to influence leadership decisions and drive organizational development at an international scale. You will shape people strategies, partner with senior leaders, and contribute to business performance while navigating a matrixed, tech‑driven environment.

The role combines strategic HR partnering with transformation initiatives, leveraging data insights and modern HR practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role.
• Solid knowledge of Norwegian labour law and experience working with unions and employee representatives.
• Proven experience advising senior leaders and supporting organizational change in complex environments, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect business objectives with people strategies.
• Experience working in international and matrixed organizations.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

• Influence business decisions by partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into people priorities.
• Drive organizational transformation and growth initiatives and build readiness for the future.
• Develop leadership, talent, performance management, and succession planning across the organization.
• Support organizational design and development to help teams adapt to changing needs.
• Strengthen employee relations with unions and employee representatives.
• Turn people data into insights using analytics to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve HR processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Explore and adopt digital HR solutions, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
