Responsibilities

• Co-create business development plans with PU leaders and identify, analyze, and evaluate growth initiatives.
• Build, own, and track a priority opportunity funnel spanning PU businesses.
• Drive the implementation and follow‑through of business development plans.
• Integrate market, customer, competitor, and financial data into actionable intelligence.
• Prepare and manage periodic competitor analyses and market studies.
• Lead cross‑business initiatives including digital platforms and energy efficiency solutions.
• Act as a connector across businesses to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes.
