Job summary

Kanthal seeks a Vice President and Head of Strategy, M&A and Sustainability to lead the division’s long-term strategic agenda and support growth, profitability and development. The role sits with the Kanthal Division Management Team, reporting to the President and coordinating with Group and BU leaders.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or M&A.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategy in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Division’s strategy process and act as trusted advisor to President and BU Management.
• Lead and develop the Strategy, M&A and Sustainability team.
• Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen market position and long-term profitability.
• Coordinate annual strategic planning, analyses and portfolio reviews.
• Develop business intelligence covering market, competitors, technology and macroeconomics.
• Oversee M&A from identification to due diligence, integration planning and pipeline management.
• Ensure sustainability is integrated into strategy, planning and investments.
