In this role, you will support the Engineering organization in driving financial performance and decision-making, prepare financial reporting, budgeting, and drive improvements in financial processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, 5+ years of experience in finance and business controlling, and excellent accounting and analytical skills. A proactive attitude and strong communication skills are essential to excel in this collaborative environment.

• 5+ years of experience in finance and business controlling.
• Very Good MS Excel and SAP skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the Engineering organization.
