As a Business Controller, you will play a vital role within the local finance and business organization, working closely with Business Managers and key stakeholders. You will act as a trusted financial partner, supporting strong business decisions through insightful analysis, structured follow‑up, and a clear focus on performance and value creation.

In this position, you will have end‑to‑end controlling responsibility for local business line Mining & Materials covering project controlling, business controlling, and overall financial performance. You will analyze financial results, assess different business scenarios, and provide clear recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
