Job summary

Kappahl Group is seeking a Business Tech Manager – Enterprise Architecture to lead our EA function and ensure alignment between business goals and technology initiatives. You will shape the road map, manage the EA team, and collaborate with partners to create lasting value across the organization.

The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and deep knowledge of modern platforms (preferably Microsoft) with a focus on information security, AI, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience in IT, technology, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale transformations.
• Ability to translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern platforms, preferably Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience using an EA tool.
• Knowledge of information security, integration, and AI.
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Enterprise Architecture function across the group.
• Define long-term target architecture for applications and technology.
• Lead architecture decision forums and set standards.
• Partner with business on digitalization and technology initiatives.
• Drive AI, information security, integration, and modern platform initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with vendors and external partners.
• Collaborate with the Business Tech Leadership Team and cross-functional forums.
• Support strategy and direction for technology across Kappahl Group.
