A global leader in Process Intelligence is seeking a senior leader to grow and lead a team of Enterprise Architects in Stockholms län. This role requires over 20 years of experience in technical management, superb presentation skills to C-level executives, and a strong foundation in data architecture and enterprise modernization. Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant experience managing technical teams.
• Proven ability to connect technical solutions to business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Deep understanding of Capability Mapping and Enterprise Modernization.
• Experienced in data architecture and integrations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects.
• Engage with C-level executives in pre- and post-sales phases.
• Guide the team in designing enterprise modernization architectures.
• Align product and engineering teams with client teams.
• Oversee assessment of customer IT landscapes.
• Direct the development of customer-facing thought leadership.
