Job summary

Saab AB in Sweden seeks a Communication Specialist, Events & Projects to drive and coordinate trade show participations and ensure a strong, consistent presentation of our products and narratives.

You will lead communication projects, collaborate with the Communication team and Business Development, and work closely with colleagues in cross-functional initiatives, reporting to the Head of Communication, Business Area Naval. Location: Karlskrona or Lund.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in communication, project management, event management or marketing communication.
• Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or similar activities.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate trade show participations with a strong and consistent brand presentation.
• Lead communication projects and represent Communication in cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Communication team and Business Development; report to the Head of Communication, BA Naval.
