Job summary

Everon Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to own the finance function across multiple markets and partner closely with the CEO and investors. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on financial execution and reporting excellence.

You will strengthen financial processes, drive planning and forecasting, and enable data-driven decision-making across Sweden, the UK and Finland, with travel to group offices.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leader with a strong commercial mindset and hands-on execution.
• Experience in international environments and interaction with Boards and investors.
• Background in PE-backed companies and involvement in capital transactions is valued.
• Interest in technology and responsible use of AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function across multiple markets (Sweden, UK, Finland).
• Act as strategic partner to the CEO, Board and leadership team.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling.
• Develop and improve financial reporting, structures and decision support.
• Prepare and present materials for Board meetings.
• Manage investor relations, financing discussions and external stakeholders.
