Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in finance with knowledge of accounting and governance.
• Proven track record in managing financial processes at a listed company.
• Demonstrated ability to scale finance functions and build processes.
• Experience in investor relations and capital market presentations.
• Leadership experience in team development and motivation.
• Excellent English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Own financial processes including closing and reporting.
• Manage external audit relationships and ensure internal controls.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Lead investor relations and timely financial communications.
• Shape financial strategy and lead M&A processes.
• Develop and inspire the finance team.
