Job summary

Avensia Sweden is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, governance and reporting for the Avensia Group, a Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market-listed technology company with a global footprint.

Based in Skåne, you can join from Malmö or Lund and enjoy flexibility in how and where you work. You will partner with the CEO and Board, steer an international Finance and IT team, and drive automation and AI-driven insights to accelerate growth, profitability and resilience.

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
Significant experience in senior finance roles, preferably CFO or Finance Director.
Proven experience with statutory financial reporting and listed company regulatory requirements.
Track record of leading change within Finance.
Interest in modern technology, AI and automation for finance transformation.
Experience leading and developing remote international teams and building cross-border culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial management, reporting, compliance and financing for the Avensia Group.
Lead the Finance and IT organization across Sweden and the Philippines.
Partner with CEO, Board and operating businesses to turn data into insights.
Drive automation and AI transformation to improve efficiency and analytics.
