Qualifications

Experience delivering roadmaps anchored in business capabilities.
Strong knowledge of capability mapping and target architecture.
Practical experience applying investment planning and governance.
Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving operating models.
Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Own the practical direction for technology roadmaps anchored in business capabilities and value streams.
Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for capability mapping and target architecture.
Establish useful standards, routines or artefacts around investment planning.
Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting governance.
Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve operating models.
Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality and sustainable ownership across the team.
