Axis Communications seeks a Lead Integration Architect in Lund to own the architectural direction of our integration offering across devices, networks and cloud APIs. You will influence R&D teams to publish high-quality APIs with clear guidelines and governance.

You will balance long-term vision with concrete improvements, champion developer experience, and align technical decisions with business goals while watching AI-driven trends.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker capable of aligning architecture with business impact.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience guiding technical strategy across teams or products.
• Broad understanding of the software stack from hardware to cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural direction of the Axis integration offering across on-device, network, and cloud APIs, ensuring a coherent and forward-looking strategy.
• Guide and influence R&D teams across the organization to publish and maintain high-quality APIs — through governance and clear guidelines.
• Balance long-term vision with incremental progress, driving concrete improvements.
• Champion the developer experience by ensuring it is easy for internal teams and external partners to do the right thing.
• Navigate technical, organizational, and business considerations, building trust with stakeholders across roles.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, especially AI impact on developer integration offerings.
