Acne Studios Stockholm NK is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in all aspects, delivering exceptional service and sales performance. You will guide and coach the team in luxury sales, clienteling, and maintaining high visual standards.

You will oversee inventory, analyse KPIs, and drive strategies to achieve targets while cultivating a customer-centric environment. Fluency in English is required to operate in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Store Manager your main contribution will be to lead the store in all aspects. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by:

• Self-reliant in knowing how to guide and motivate a team whit clear communication and feedback
• Proficiency in prioritising responsibilities, and delegating tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Working in a retail environment within luxury fashion, preferably in a progressive leadership role
• Good knowledge in analysing retail KPIs and building a strategy plan accordingly
• Leadership or supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this role (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
