Job summary

Levi's Store Stockholm is seeking a Supervisor who leads by example, inspires the team, and delivers first-class customer experiences. As a key part of the store management alongside the Store Manager, you will develop employees and drive toward the store's sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

You have experience from service or retail, preferably in a leadership role, and a genuine interest in jeans, fashion and people.

• Take responsibility for the shop in the store manager's absence.

As a Supervisor at the Levi's Store, you are a role model in day-to-day operations. You lead by inspiring, coaching, and supporting the team while ensuring every customer receives a first-class shopping experience. Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for creating an inspiring store environment, developing employees, and working towards the store's sales targets.

As a Supervisor, you are a key person in creating and maintaining this culture.

You have experience from the service or retail sector, preferably in a leadership role, but your personality, commitment, and interest in Levi’s and people are at least as important.
