Job summary
Polygon Group is seeking a Group Finance BI & Analytics Lead to own the Finance Analytics area and shape how data, Power BI and reporting improve performance. Based at Stockholm HQ with a three-day office week, you will drive Power BI development and partner with stakeholders to translate insights into action across Europe.

Qualifications
- Background in FP&A, finance analytics or performance management.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Solid understanding of Power BI, reporting solutions and data models.
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Group's Finance Analytics agenda and priorities.
- Lead the continued development of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with country CFOs and leaders to improve performance.
- Lead external BI consultants and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Shape the AI agenda within Finance Analytics and reporting.
