Voi Technology in Stockholm is building a talent pool for future Mechanic (Fleet Specialist Hybrid) roles. You will maintain and repair our electric scooters and e-bikes, support in-field tasks using vans, and help keep our fleet ride-ready across the city.

This open application targets upcoming needs with part-time shifts and potential extensions. Ideal candidates have experience with vehicle maintenance, a valid driving licence, good English, and comfort working in a fast-paced micromobility

Qualifications

• Good English, spoken and written.
• Experience with tools, repairs or vehicle maintenance.
• A valid Swedish or EU driving licence (category B).
• Solid knowledge of Stockholm and confidence driving in the city, preferably from professional driving in logistics or a similar role.
• General familiarity with digital tools and applications.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job.

Responsabilités

• Dismantle and recycle vehicles beyond repair
• Receive, inspect and prepare new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse
• Support your teammates in-field with reparking vehicles, clearing parking spots, flagging issues
• Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city
• Locate and retrieve damaged vehicles
• Swap batteries to keep vehicles ready to ride
• Carry out on-site repairs and diagnose mechanical issues
