Job summary

Bolt is looking for a motivated Fleet Operations Assistant to help deploy and rebalance e-scooters across Malmö. You’ll drive vans, ensure scooters are charged, parked neatly, and ready for riders, and perform on-site minor repairs and battery swaps.

Join a fast-paced team within a global mobility platform. You’ll work shifts, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with the operations team to keep the city’s scooter network running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must hold an EU B driving license.
• Experience as a professional driver is advantageous.
• Good command of English and comfortable using smartphones.
• Hands-on approach with basic mechanical tools.
• Willingness to work shift hours and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive vans to deploy or collect e-scooters and swap batteries.
• Ensure scooters are parked neatly and streets are kept clear.
• Search for lost scooters, assess condition, and return to warehouse or deploy.
• Perform minor street repairs to increase fleet availability.
• Support the Operations team in the warehouse when needed.
