Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, pipelines, and governance.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of advanced data solutions at scale.
• Mentor and coach junior to mid-level data engineers on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data systems.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new tools and frameworks for data processing.
• Architect and optimize ETL pipelines and data ETL/ELT processes.
• Define technical standards, documentation, and coding conventions.
• Lead troubleshooting for data-related issues and ensure data quality.

• Leverage AWS to design and process large datasets reliably and cost-effectively.
