Job summary

Sinch Build is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own hands-on design across the Sinch Build portal, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to turn platform capabilities into clear user experiences.

You will design for multiple user types, balancing human and AI interactions, contribute to the shared design system, and work across conversational UIs, data dashboards, developer settings, billing flows, and documentation surfaces.

Qualifications

Sinch Build is looking for a versatile Senior Product Designer who enjoys working across different parts of a complex platform. In this role, your focus will be on hands-on design, taking on different areas of the Sinch Build portal as priorities evolve.

Our portal serves a diverse audience, so your design thinking must cater to multiple user types, sometimes within the same interface. This position is for an active practitioner who can design intuitive interfaces for humans while remaining mindful of how automated systems and conversational chat interfaces interact with that same content. You should be quick to learn new technical domains, comfortable collaborating with different engineering teams, and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of usability across the entire portal.

• Own the entire experience by partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to run discovery, validate assumptions, and turn platform design capabilities into clear user experiences with measurable impact.
• Deliver hands-on, end-to-end designs including user flows and interactive prototypes for various platform domains based on current team needs.
• Design for multiple user types in one interface, ensuring experiences are equally intuitive.
• Account for agentic user experiences by structuring content and interfaces so that they are easily navigable and consumable by both human users and AI-agents.
• Flexibly adapt to different product areas, transition comfortably between conversational/chat UIs, data visualization dashboards, developer settings, billing flows, and documentation surfaces.
• Utilize and contribute back to our shared design system, ensuring the components and patterns you design remain consistent and accessible across all surfaces you work on.
• Leverage modern design tools and AI-assisted engineering environments to quickly explore ideas, iterate on feedback, and accelerate your design-to-development workflow.

REQUIREMENTS

• Significant experience as a hands-on Product Designer working on complex SaaS, platform, or developer-focused products.
• Experience designing for multiple user types, with a proven ability to balance the needs of highly technical users alongside non-technical users.
• High adaptability and comfort with variety, with a proven ability to quickly learn new product domains and jump into ongoing projects with minimal friction.
• Strong craft and execution skills, with a portfolio showing clean UI design, thoughtful interaction patterns, and clear user flows.
• Fluency with modern design workflows, including comfort utilizing AI-assisted development environments to speed up execution, prototyping, and engineering handoffs.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a history of working daily with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Comfort with user research and product discovery as part of a product trio is a strong plus, helping you collaboratively validate assumptions, run tests, and gather insights.
• Interest or experience in agentic workflows, conversational UI, or designing data structures and interfaces that accommodate AI consumption is also a plus.

This is a hybrid role based in Sweden, with Stockholm as the preferred location and Malmö as an alternative. You'll report to the Director, Product Design.

Candidates must have the right to work in Sweden. Relocation and work permit sponsorship are not available for this role.
