Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Measurement Solutions leader for Northern Europe to design and execute empirical studies that help advertisers understand ad effectiveness. You will work with internal teams and external partners to develop learning agendas and measure outcomes such as Brand Lift, Conversions, and Sales lift.

You will partner with advertisers and agencies to implement measurement strategies, drive insights, and advance the industry’s measurement standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital ads measurement, performance marketing or adtech.
• Proven ability to design and run research studies delivering actionable insights.
• Strong grasp of advanced measurement frameworks and web analytics.
• Good understanding of privacy, signal loss, and modern measurement methodologies.
• Experience partnering with advertisers and agencies across Northern Europe.

The Measurement Solutions team for Northern Europe is focused on supporting the ads measurement needs of our sellers and advertisers. As a Measurement Partner for the Nordics, you will help a variety of advertisers to understand user behaviors on Pinterest and measure the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest. You’ll design and execute empirical research that will include both analyses for individual clients and to inform the industry as a whole.

What You’ll Do

• Execute standard and custom research studies for Pinterest's partners to analyse advertising effectiveness using internal and external measurement tools to include, but not limited to, Brand Lift, Conversion Reporting and Sales lift.
• Collaborate with clients and agencies to measure the true business value by developing and implementing measurement strategies to enhance business outcomes and build learning agendas for long term growth.
• Having an in-depth understanding of the broader measurement ecosystem, you will identify new opportunities for future measurement capabilities and improvements.
• Focus on in-depth scaled analysis/projects to drive improved results for clients. Independently manage these to include the project strategy, vision, and goals, and align them with the organisation’s strategy and goals.
• Working collaboratively as a cross functional partner you will manage relationships with internal clients, building credibility and trust in our solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in digital ads measurement, performance marketing, or adtech
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business administration, communication science, media informatics, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven track record of designing and executing research studies, conducting complex data analysis, and delivering strategic, actionable insights
• Deep expertise in advanced measurement frameworks and web analytics solutions, such as MTA, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and MMM
• Strong understanding of the evolving privacy landscape, signal loss, and modern measurement methodologies
• Self-starter with strong ownership, capable of navigating ambiguity to consult key clients and elevate their measurement maturity
• Creative, forward-thinking measurement leader passionate about industry innovation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Extensive experience partnering directly with advertisers and agencies across Northern Europe to address complex measurement challenges
• Collaborative team player adept at cross-functional alignment across sales, product, external partners, and regional client teams
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, documentation, and reporting, with a strong commitment to quality control and accuracy
• Professional fluency in English

This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times a week, and therefore the successful candidate will ideally live in or within a reasonable commute of Stockholm.
