We are looking for a Discipline Lead / Senior Specialist to join our team. Our team works on some of Sweden’s most important projects in the industrial green transition and infrastructure, including the railway between Gothenburg and Borås, and power line improvements along the Swedish west coast.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking responsibility for quality and progress within your discipline in projects.
  • Contributing to the development of your team’s competence.
  • Producing reports and analyses within your area of expertise.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, clients, and Swedish authorities.

Qualifications

Success in this role requires collaboration skills, respect, reliability, and a willingness to explore new insights and improvements.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Experience in EIA and relevant education.
  • Proven project and team leadership skills.
  • 5-15 years of experience with the Swedish Environmental Code.
  • Experience with infrastructure, municipal planning, renewable energy, or industrial projects.
  • Fluency in Swedish (speaking and writing).
