Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ge både öppenvård och sjukhusvård samt kirurgiska ingrepp.
• Utföra beredskapsarbete hemifrån när det krävs.
• Samarbeta i en stödjande klinisk miljö.

Job description

Overview

We are looking for a qualified Specialist Physician in Otorhinolaryngology to join our well-established ENT clinic in Kalmar, Sweden. The region is renowned for its high quality of life and year-round sunshine.

Responsibilities

• Provide a stimulating mix of outpatient consultations, inpatient care, and surgical procedures in both outpatient and central operating theatres.
• Perform all on-call duties from home when required.
• Have dedicated administrative time included in the weekly schedule.
• Collaborate within a supportive clinical environment that encourages professional growth and work–life balance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education as an ENT specialist from EU/EES.
• Before relocating to Sweden, reach B2 level in Swedish; license must be recognized by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen).
• Region Kalmar County provides language studies to reach C1 level.
• You will receive continuous information and support regarding relocation, establishment, and language education.
