Beyond Gravity in Linköping is seeking a wiring harness design engineer to design and route electrical harnesses in CATIA, maintain interfaces with systems and structures, and lead change management within PLM/ERP. You will participate in NRBs, support validations, and help create technical documentation.

The role requires a B.Sc. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with aerospace design experience, CATIA V5 proficiency, and fluent English.

Formación

• B.Sc. in Aerospace, Mechanical or related engineering.
• Mechanical design experience in aerospace or equivalent industry.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling and 2D drawings (CATIA V5 preferred).
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex design tasks.
• Understanding of tolerancing and configuration control.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and route electrical harnesses and cabling in CATIA per system requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain harness assemblies, define interfaces with systems and structures.
• Lead change management, ensure traceability, coordinate lifecycle activities with PLM/ERP.
• Prepare design justifications and support validation activities with traceability.
• Participate in NRBs, propose solutions, support corrective actions, root cause analysis guidance.
• Support FAI activities and operator training; provide on-site production support.
• Prepare project-specific technical documentation and deliverables.
• Maintain traceability between inputs, outputs and requirements; report status in meetings.
• Support bidding and proposal activities; contribute to ECPs and CCNs.
• Coach interns and junior engineers; manage milestones and budget awareness.
