Job summary

Stegra is seeking a Sourcing Manager – Digital & IT to shape how we source and manage technology, services and partnerships. You will lead cross-functional negotiations and build strong supplier relationships while balancing cost, quality, risk and sustainability.

With a five-year background in procurement or strategic sourcing, you will influence multiple functions and drive value across our Boden site in northern Sweden. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, business, finance, supply chain, or procurement.
• At least five years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in Digital & IT.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
• Experience sourcing software, SaaS, cloud services, IT hardware.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations across software, cloud services, hardware and IT services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop value-driven sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements balancing cost, quality, risk and outcomes.
• Manage suppliers through onboarding, performance reviews, renewals and offboarding.
• Monitor supplier performance and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Contribute to developing procurement processes, tools and practices as the company grows.
