Overview of the role

Do you want to lead strategic sourcing in a global business that values innovation, sustainability, and collaboration? We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to play a key role in shaping our sourcing organization—driving strategy, supplier partnerships, and operational excellence in a fast-evolving industrial landscape. It all starts with people. People like you.

Join our team

Ready to be part of a culture that empowers people, simplifies operations, and dares to think new? Within our Hydraulic Attachment Tools (HAT) business line, we are building a newly defined sourcing organization that combines performance, innovation, and collaboration. Here, you will join a global team with strong collaboration across relevant functions, and play a key role in aligning sourcing strategy with business goals—while supporting your team on the transformation journey.

Responsibilities

As Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of sourcing and category strategies across direct and indirect materials. Leading a high-performing team, you will ensure sourcing delivers value, innovation, and resilience. You will collaborate across relevant functions (R&D, operations, finance, product management) to align sourcing strategy with business goals while driving implementations. You will also be a key driver of change—supporting your team and stakeholders through evolving ways of working.

  • Developing and implementing category strategies based on market intelligence and customer demands.
  • Driving cost savings, risk mitigation, and value creation through strategic sourcing.
  • Managing supplier selection, performance, and long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiating high-value contracts and framework agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
  • Advocating digital procurement tools and sustainable sourcing practices.
  • Supporting strategic projects such as cost efficiency and tariff response planning.
Your profile

To succeed in this role, you are a people-oriented leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for sourcing excellence. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a structured, data-driven mindset to decision-making. You are comfortable guiding change and building strong relationships across cultures and functions.

Qualifications
  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally and lead transformation.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems, sustainability practices, and global supply bases.

If you are passionate about industrial manufacturing and ready to shape the future of our global sourcing strategy, we would love to hear from you.
