About the role:

We're seeking a dedicated Solution Architect to work on a global scale, leading the transformation of our customers' telephony experience within the Microsoft Teams platform. In this key role, you'll help design tailored telephony solutions that integrate with Teams, enabling businesses to thrive in the digital era.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead telephony implementations within Microsoft Teams, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, infrastructure, and challenges.
• Design customized telephony architectures that integrate seamlessly with Teams, utilizing VoIP technologies and network infrastructures.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions to ensure efficient and reliable telephony integration.
• Continuously optimize solutions to enhance performance and user experience.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers, including troubleshooting, best practice advice, and training.

About you:

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Teams platform and its telephony integrations.
• Experience in designing and implementing telephony architectures.
• Understanding of VoIP technologies and cloud-based communication solutions.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (additional languages a plus).
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365: Teams Administrator Associate are preferred.

Location:

Preferred locations are in Sweden (Huskvarna, Jonsered, or Stockholm). The role offers hybrid working with onsite and remote work, with meetings in the office 1-2 days a week.
