Job summary

Capgemini PBS Sweden is seeking an experienced professional to manage complex IFS ERP projects for public and private sectors. You will serve as the main liaison for the customer project and management team, ensuring clear communication and value delivery throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, advise on IFS Accelerators, and collaborate with partners to deliver successful consulting services.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with IFS ERP solutions, including implementation, customization, and support.
• Experience in leading and managing projects, including overseeing teams of developers and business analysts.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field expert in at least one of the core IFS industries.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for the customer project and management team throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure successful delivery of IFS solutions and accelerators.
• Coordinate with partners and system integrators to maintain a consistent IFS experience.
• Articulate product direction and value to customers.
