PinMeTo AB in Malmö, Sweden, is seeking a Software Engineer with AI experience to join a product team focused on agentic AI capabilities. You will work across backend and frontend, contribute to system design, and help deliver AI-enabled solutions with a collaborative, office-first culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience building and managing B2B SaaS web applications in a cloud environment.
• At least 1 year of experience building agentic AI capabilities in web apps.
• Experience with both backend and frontend code and a strong interest in DevOps and system management.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Elm, Elixir, Node.js, AWS, MongoDB and related web technologies, plus AWS Bedrock for AI agents.
• Proficiency with AI-based coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Codex) and optimizing workflows with these tools.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies with an adaptable approach.
• Preference for pair programming and office collaboration over remote work.
• Excellent English communication in a culturally diverse company.

PinMeTo helps large multi-location companies manage their business information across hundreds of online services, through a SaaS platform that puts businesses in control of their location data and lets them manage online interactions with customers. Our offering is a set of web applications developed internally by our Product department, headquartered in Malmö, Sweden.

As a Software Engineer with AI experience you would join one of our product teams focused on building our agentic AI capabilities. The team consists of a product manager, product designer, and 3 software engineers, all located together and working with a shared goal and focus. The team collaborates to first discover the most valuable opportunities to address, then define, validate, and deliver solutions to them.

We're looking to strengthen the team with a software engineer with AI experience who can work across a wide range of problems: software design and planning, system architecture, full stack web application development, agentic AI capabilities, etc.

The team is fully responsible for our agentic AI capabilities, from learning about the needs from customers and the market, driving experiments to test different solutions, to building and maintaining highly automated solutions that save our users from manual work. What to expect when joining PinMeTo?

• 7 days: Your first week will be focused on getting to know your team and our system, setting up your development environment, and pushing your first (small) change to production. Your onboarding buddy and your team will be supporting you from day 1, making sure that you get started as smoothly as possible.

• 30 days: Continuing in your first month you will focus on learning about our codebase, products, and infrastructure while participating in whatever initiative the team is working on, pair working as much as possible with your teammates to contribute to what is being delivered. During this time we also encourage you to spend time learning the parts of our tech stack that you might not have previous experience with.

• 90 days: A quarter in you should be able to apply your previous experience to the specific context of your team and what you are working on together, thereby increasing your impact by contributing to everything from technical decisions to how the team works. You will also be able to take ownership of driving larger tasks to completion.

• 365 days: By this time your contribution to the team is indistinguishable from that of the other software engineers that you work together with. You will have been able to leverage your strengths and experience to become proficient with work that you are used to, and together with the team you will have learned the things that were new to you at the beginning.

• Proven experience picking up new technologies, with an adaptable and pragmatic approach to choosing between them.

• Prefer pair programming and collaborating with your team at the office over working alone at home.

• Comfortable communicating in English and looking forward to joining a culturally diverse company.

Practicalities

• This is a full time role based in Malmö, Sweden.

• We have an office first working environment, so we assume you live in or around Malmö or are willing to commute.
