Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of system engineering and requirement breakdown.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop system solutions by breaking down functional requirements into implementable software components.
• Create and maintain traceable requirements in requirement management tools (e.g., CarWeaver or equivalent).
• Ensure alignment of interfaces, signal databases, and system designs.
• Document and review software implementations to ensure compliance with system requirements.
• Define test strategies, plan validation activities, and review system test results.
• Perform system safety activities including SFMEA, impact analysis, and boundary diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system design, software development, testing, and hardware engineering.
• Engage with suppliers for reviews (requirements, testing, and integration).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system and software development practices.
