About The Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that meet project requirements and integrate seamlessly into customer environments. This role provides the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, contribute to impactful projects, and grow your expertise in both backend and frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain web applications using Java and React.
2. Design, build, and deploy web services and microservices.
3. Utilize Docker for containerization and manage database integrations.
4. Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
6. Engage in Agile development practices to drive continuous improvement.

To succeed in the role, you have:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (an advanced degree is an advantage).
2. 3+ years of experience in Java development.
3. 3+ years of hands-on experience with web frameworks (React preferred; Angular is a plus).
4. Proven experience designing and implementing microservice architectures.
5. Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
6. Practical experience with Docker and containerization.
7. Strong experience working with databases.
8. Fluent in Swedish.

It is considered a merit but not a requirement if you have experience of working in Agile environments and are committed to writing clean, maintainable and efficient code.
