Join Co. Society as our next Social Media & Content Trainee!

We’ve just launched the world’s first realistic virtual office for remote and hybrid teams – and now we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content to help us tell that story to the world.

For the first 4 months, you’ll join as a trainee working directly with our CEO and Marketing Director. After that, you’ll step into a full-time role where you’ll take charge of all things content and social media.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning our presence on TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram & more
• Creating short-form videos, reels, and posts that grab attention
• Experimenting with trends, formats, and storytelling styles
• Writing catchy copy and adapting it for each platform
• Helping build a global community around Co. Society

What we’re looking for

• Someone creative, curious, and not afraid to try bold ideas
• A passion for TikTok, reels, and digital storytelling
• Hands-on skills in creating content (video editing, copywriting, memes – you name it)
• A team player who also takes initiative and runs with ideas
