Job summary

BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH in Gothenburg, Sweden, seeks skilled construction workers for a project-based role on our special foundation project. You will mix slurries, pour concrete, load and unload trucks, and support heavy equipment as banksman.

Candidates should have prior construction experience, basic tool skills, ability to work at heights up to 6 m, and English ability. EU/EEA or Swedish work permit required. On-site with free accommodation and rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, preferably foundation or heavy civil.
• Basic knowledge of power and hand tools.
• Able to work at heights up to 6 m.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• EU/EEA or Swedish work permit.

Responsibilities

• Mix bentonite/polymer slurries and pour concrete.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Banksman for heavy foundation equipment.
• Assist with reinforcing and concreting works.
• Basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow BAUER health, safety and quality guidelines.
