Resolution Games in Stockholms kommun is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to build and maintain cloud infrastructure for their gaming services. You will work closely with development teams and design automation across the stack, ensuring scalability and smooth operation.
The ideal candidate has strong experience as a DevOps engineer, resiliency under pressure, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. Employee stock options are available as part of the benefits.
Our games run on infrastructure that has to work - at scale, under pressure, with real players on the other end. If you're the kind of engineer who gets quietly annoyed when something could be more reliable, more automated, or more elegant, and then actually goes and fixes it, this might be the right role for you.
You'll be a key part of building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers our games. Working closely with our client and backend developers, you'll make sure our services are scalable, secure, and running smoothly - so our game teams can focus on making great games rather than fighting fires.
This is a hands-on role. You'll design and own infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, develop microservices, and drive automation across the stack. You'll also work directly with game teams to support releases and live operations - which means you'll need to be comfortable operating across disciplines, not just inside a silo.
You are proactive and collaborative - you spot problems before they become incidents and you build solutions that others can use, not just workarounds that only make sense to you. You work well with cross-functional teams and you are comfortable explaining technical decisions to people who are not engineers. You care about doing things properly but you also know when good enough is the right answer.
P.S. Employee stock options are available.
