Job Description:

Coordinate service operations and support our projects

Join our global Service organization as a Site Manager, working closely with sales, project managers, service installation resources, and warehouse departments. This role involves working at our office in Karlskrona and on-site in Sweden and abroad. You will manage product liability related to customer product sales and documentation.

Manage service processes and promote project efficiency

You will oversee ongoing service agreements, ensure warranty and repair needs are met efficiently, schedule tasks, attend customer meetings, and establish guidelines for on-site activities.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility at the site, emphasizing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
• Timely planning of tasks and responsibilities
• Providing routines and procedures for site work
• Managing and participating in Service Operations process work
• Contributing to the design phase of products from a service perspective in cooperation with NKT’s Technical department

This role requires international travel (20-30%) and is based in Karlskrona.

Structured and result-oriented communicator

We seek a qualified Site Manager with a strategic mindset, well-structured work approach, proficiency in documentation, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality. Experience in installation and operations onshore/offshore, civil construction work, and familiarity with contractual formats are essential.

• Relevant experience in service, installation, or after-sales within onshore/offshore environments
• Knowledge in electrical or mechanical engineering through experience or education
• Technical documentation skills
