Your role

As Site Manager, you will lead and coordinate support for the on-site Business areas in strategic and operational property and facility management. You will be reporting directly to the Strategic Site Manager in the Business Area Surveillance.

Developing and implementing effective communication will be the key in this role. In the day-to-day job you will manage the site's capacity and ensure optimal resource utilization. You will identify and be involved in the site's investment needs, as well as our major facility projects. Regular site-related reviews and assessments will be part of your routine. You will also handle potential site incidents or crises, develop and oversee risk management, and ensure that robust business continuity plans are in place.

Your profile

The role requires an individual who has a good ability to cooperate and can handle many different tasks simultaneously. We are looking for someone with experience in a business-driven organization, with an understanding of protective security from a site perspective. Experience in site and property management, including contract management, site development, and contractor management will help you succeed in this role.

Ideally, you have experience working in a global context with an understanding of how site operations relate to business processes. However, we will put more emphasis on your personal qualities such as good listening skills combined with a willingness to take initiatives, being a driven team player, and having the ability to find solutions.

With that in mind, your ability to build and maintain networks and good relations, both inside and outside the company, will be highly valued.
