Job summary

Instabee in Södertälje is seeking a Site Manager to lead one of our largest sites, overseeing fleet, last-mile delivery, and crossdocking operations on the ground. You will be on the floor with your team, driving efficiency while maintaining safety and quality.

You will coach and develop the team, manage day-to-day operations, own the site budget and KPIs, handle staff scheduling, and collaborate with other Site Managers in the Stockholm region reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role within a fast-growing or production-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to build strong, healthy teams and foster a positive culture.
• Strategic thinker who can implement hands-on improvements.
• Experience handling staff matters, performance, and people development.

Overview

At Instabee, every parcel we deliver starts with a decision made at the terminal. As Site Manager in Södertälje, you’ll be responsible for one of our largest and most important sites - managing fleet, last-mile delivery, and crossdocking operations end-to-end. This isn’t a role where you manage from a distance. You’ll be on the ground, leading your team, driving efficiency, and making sure every shift runs like it should - without compromising on safety, quality, or cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees - empowering them to take ownership and grow in their roles.
• Manage day-to-day sorting and last-mile delivery operations to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Own the site’s budget and KPIs - identifying cost drivers and driving continuous improvement.
• Handle staff scheduling to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with labor laws.
• Drive tactical and strategic initiatives that align with Instabee’s long-term goals.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and motivating work environment for everyone on site.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and performance reviews for your team.
• Collaborate closely with other Site Managers in the Stockholm region and report to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven leadership experience in a similar role - ideally from a fast-growing or production-oriented environment.
• Track record of building strong, healthy teams and creating a culture people want to be part of.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves - a can-do mindset is a must.
• Experienced in handling staff matters, managing performance, and developing people.
• Strong communicator - comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Experience with union negotiations and occupational health and safety is a significant plus.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
