Job summary

Cititec is supporting a major data centre project in Sweden, hiring a CSA Package Manager / Site Manager to own the civil, structural and architectural package on site.

Based on a fast-paced, multi-package programme, the role is site-based from August and requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and a solid civil/engineering background. You will coordinate with subcontractors and ensure safety and quality across CSA works.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CSA or civils packages on large construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• On-site work in a fast-paced, multi-package programme.
• Relevant construction or engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CSA package from commercial, technical and programme perspectives.
• Act as main on-site contact for CSA subcontractors.
• Review progress against programme and resolve technical queries.
• Coordinate interfaces across trades and monitor quality.
• Support CSA procurement and ensure safety/compliance.
