Excellent communication and IT skills are essential for documenting and reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience on large-scale construction or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction methodologies and Health & Safety compliance.
• Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural elements, ensuring quality control.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and manage site documentation.
• Participate in site meetings and internal project reviews.
