GlobalLogic's Automotive department is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to strengthen our cutting-edge car solutions. You will build and maintain automated test suites for SIL and HIL, integrate tests into Zuul/Jenkins pipelines, and support developers by diagnosing test failures while ensuring ASPICE and ISO 26262 compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in software/test automation, Python and C++ proficiency, and experience with test frameworks, CI, Git, and Linux.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in software development or test automation.
• Programming skills in Python; working knowledge of C++.
• Experience with test frameworks (pytest, GoogleTest or similar).
• Basic knowledge of Bazel and test target definitions.
• Familiarity with CI pipelines in Jenkins and/or Zuul.
• Working knowledge of Git and Gerrit; basic understanding of Artifactory.
• Understanding of SIL / HIL testing concepts.
• Awareness of ASPICE and ISO 26262 requirements for testing.
• Linux environment experience.
• Technical engineering degree (preferably in software or systems engineering).
• Good communication and analytical skills.

GlobalLogic's Automotive department is excited to invite applications for the position of Automation Test Engineer. The goal of our project is to optimize and enhance our Automotive Solution with new features. Our clients include Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs from Europe and the USA, and our development efforts focus on automotive solutions that will be integrated into the latest car models. In this project, we are developing a cutting-edge computer-in-the-car architecture, which is crucial for driving innovation in areas such as advanced connectivity, machine learning, and autonomous driving.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development or test automation
